Our activity sessions are great for birthdays, especially during these challenging times with restrictions on social gatherings.

What ages?

Ages 4 +
Tobogganing & Frisbee Golf
Ages 8+
Skiing & Snowboarding (Snowboarders must also have at least a size 2 adult shoe and be 1.2m tall)
Ages 6+
All other activities, as long as it is booked as an exclusive session without members of the public on. (You can bring up to four children aged six or seven. If you have anyone under eight in your group, at least one adult must take part)
WHERE DO THE ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE?
The majority of our activities are at Mendip Activity Centre, Churchill, BS25 5PQ.
Rock Climbing & Abseiling take place at Sandford Quarry, a 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk from Mendip Activity Centre.
Kayaking, Canoeing, Assault Course, & Raft Building take place at our watersports site, Hewish, a 15-minute drive from Mendip Activity Centre.
Try Caving takes place onsite in our on-site cave/mine, Sandford Levy. Caving takes place in Burrington Combe, a 5-minute drive from Mendip Activity Centre.
HOW MANY CAN TAKE PART?
Until 28th May
Due to Covid-restrictions, we can only sell activity sessions to groups of 8
From 28th May
Groups of 12: Archery, Air Rifle, Axe Throwing, Archery Active, Field Archery, Frisbee Golf
Groups of 10: All other activities
Tobogganing is a group of 6 until the 1st July, when it can be a group of 8, 16, or 24.
